What does all of this mean to you

I don't know. I don't spend a lot of time thinking about what things mean so much

I mean, not to be a cop out, because I don't really know. I don't know what that means

but I feel the weight of it. It does mean a lot

I just haven't articulated what exactly that is. To be nominated for a Tony is an insane thing

It comes with an idea, a history of people before it. It is a company that is a privilege and an honor to be a part of

Again, I know that means a lot, But I haven't, you don't really grasp the weight of it, I think

What have you enjoyed the most about working on this piece? What a beautiful play this is in working with this company

I mean, I guess people could probably say this about every play, and I always feel this about every play, that always you get at the end of it

and you want to go back, because now you have a better sense of it. But this play in particular every night I hear something different that is like oh it deceptively it seems very simple but there a lot of themes that are going on that I mean not only just the idea of when the

time the time in which the play was written that all these beautiful men were dying and you're

missing all of this art and conversation and the loss and grief that no one could figure out where

to put there's that part of it that is a beautiful idea and which i feel is resonant throughout time

that's timeless that people not being able to articulate grief but then it's also about four

artists talking about process and burton you know wants to write they're all kind of on the precipice

of maybe doing the next big thing for them and and it's like kind of like a rallying cry i think

from Lanford of making it more and more personal, make it as embarrassing as possible. And all four

of them are on that kind of journey. And I think that's also, there's like a beautiful, that's a

beautiful theme that I hear every night in different ways from different characters. Even like two

a week ago, I heard for the first time Anna's line before I come on about being angry, you know

just she's angry and she can't express it. And then Pail comes on and expresses it, you know

It's just a beautiful, things like that
