I'm in quarantine like the rest of you. At 4 in the afternoon, still in my pajamas

And devastated by the fact that all Broadway, and theater-related activities were canceled

Fortunately, we have TV and internet, which gives us access to musical theater

Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley are doing their part to keep us all happy during quarantine

with their new show, Stars in the House, that airs live two separate shows each day at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m

The show features Broadway's biggest stars, such as Christine Chenoweth and Kelly O'Hara

often singing things and telling anecdotes they've never told in public before

You'll get to hear about Jonathan Groff's Thoroughly Modern Millie Audition and how shows like 30 Rock were developed

This is a great show to watch, and I guarantee you that whoever your favorite Broadway star is

they'll be on it at some point. One of my favorite documentaries about Broadway is called Every Little Step

and it's available. You can get it on Amazon, which is where I have it. It's a documentary about the casting of the revival of the Chorus Line

And it's really cool because it's pretty much a show about an audition, about a show about an audition

And you find yourself rooting for people like, oh, I really hope they get it

Like in a chorus line, that's what you do when you're watching that musical. You're rooting for, you know, Cassie or Mike or whoever, you're rooting for them to get the role

And it has a lot of useful information and if you really like a chorus line I totally recommend watching it because you know it puts the whole musical into a new perspective The show must go on

This is really, it's for a kid, it's very good. fun because everyone's seen the Shrek movies they're iconic and the musical is

really good and it's by Janine Tessori who also wrote Fun Home and Violet. There are

a lot of really cool dances and the singing by Sun Foster and Brian Darcy James

is incredible and it's a really good musical and this that's really cool and I

think the entire family will enjoy it as well as the adults
