Hey Broadway world, it's Harold here from Mark Fisher Fitness and today I want to show
0:04
you a great exercise for loosening up those wrists. Let's talk about wrist circles or more technically wrist cars, controlled articular rotations
0:16
What you'll do is make a fist, keep that fist nice and tight, and then from here we'll roll
0:22
our wrists in, rotate them to the outside, come back up as far as they'll go, and then twist back
0:32
to the inside. The goal of the wrist car is to make sure that you can get the biggest range of
0:38
motion possible, going slow to ensure that you can control the full usable range of motion that you
0:45
have. If you're spending a lot of your time right now typing on the computer or texting on the phone
0:51
putting your devices down, and practicing making the largest circle possible with your wrist circles
0:59
can really be useful for stretching out all of those tiny muscles and ligaments that we don't
1:06
normally attack with regular fitness practices. I want to use the biggest range of motion possible
1:11
to make sure that I can stretch out and activate as much muscle as possible
