Hey Broadway world, it's Harold here for Mark Fisher Fitness

Earlier this week I was having a conversation with a few ninjas talking about some neck and shoulder tension
0:08
that we think is a result of having way less physical activity
0:12
now that we're sheltering in place. So today's mobility minute exercise is a move called head turns
0:18
that is fantastic for releasing tension in your neck, upper traps, and through your shoulders
0:24
We're going to start in a position that you may know as the stinks pose from the yoga world
0:28
and then we're going to look around. Look around at how lucky we are to be alive right now
0:38
A good head turn starts with the eyes. So start by looking out of the corner of the eye
0:43
and act as if you can look all the way around over the opposite shoulder. When your head turns in one
0:49
direction, the opposite side, upper trap, neck, and shoulder get a great stretch here. 60 seconds
0:55
should do the trick. Don't miss your shot for more health and hotness information. head to markfisherfitness.com forward slash online
