Hello Sarah O'Connor here. I was absolutely thrilled that Broadway World got in contact
0:05
with me regarding their living room concerts. I think it is fantastic that we are bringing
0:09
music and videos into people's homes so they can keep their spirits up, keep their smiles on their
0:15
faces and just be generally entertained. I've definitely been watching. They are absolutely
0:20
fantastic and I'm so happy they got in touch so thank you for that. I was supposed to be running
0:25
the marathon this Sunday and I therefore obviously cannot um I will be doing it in October I'm doing
0:30
it for Brain Research UK so at the moment along with some other NHS charities which I have been
0:35
supporting I'm doing my best to keep supporting them because they are an all year round charity
0:40
as well um I know we are going for charities at the moment specifically for the COVID-19 situation
0:47
but they are so close to my heart and I want to just keep supporting them as much as I can
0:52
till I get across that finish line and beyond hopefully so yes please get donating to Brain
0:59
Research UK the link is on there if not a charity of your choice I do not mind no one minds anything
1:06
to any charity is absolutely incredible especially in times like this where we're all tightening our
1:12
belts and I completely understand that so I will talk no more I'm going to sing a song from Waitress
1:17
it is She Used To Be Mine sung by Jenna Hunterson in the show I don know if you seen the show but I was just in it in the Adelphi theatre I love it beyond words I miss it even more than that So this is She Used To Be Mine written by Sara Bareilles from Waitress of the Musical

But these shoes and this apron, the place and its patrons have taken more than I gave them

It's not easy to know, I'm not easy, like I used to be

Although it's true, I was never a tension sweet center. She is messy but she kind She is lonely most of the time She always mixed up and baked in a beautiful way
3:04
She is gone, but she used to be mine It's not what I asked for
3:18
Sometimes life just slips into the back door and carves out a person and makes you believe
3:30
it's all true. And now I've got you. You were not what I asked for
3:41
If I'm honest I know I will give it all back for the chance to sit over
3:50
And rewrite an ending or two For that girl that I knew
3:58
Who was reckless just enough Who gets hurt But who learns how to toughen up when she's bruised
4:12
And gets used by a man who can live And then she get stuck and be scared of a life that inside her Growing
4:27
stronger each day till finally reminds her to fight just a little, to bring back the
5:06
She's messy, but she's kind. She is lonely most of the time. She's always mixed up and baked in a beautiful pie
5:24
She is gone, but she used to be in love
5:39
Thank you! I hope you're all having a wonderful day. I'm sending you all my love. Stay home, stay safe, speak to you soon. Bye
