Hey, Broadway world, and welcome back to my fitness foyer

Today, I'm going to show you a super simple minimalist workout that you can do for a quick break in the middle of the day
0:09
Here's Fit in 15. 60 seconds of belly lift breathing help us set our intentions for this workout
0:16
Then, one to two minutes of a Spider-Man lunge helps up warm up the muscles of our legs, our hips, and our shoulders
0:24
That transition through the middle opens up your adductors or inner thigh
0:28
and it was made up by MFF's Jeff Hemingway. Oh, that was dynamite
0:33
Our first exercise is a squat, and go ahead and grab any weights that you have at home
0:37
If you don't have weights at home, you could try putting pantry items in a backpack and wearing it backwards
0:43
And a bodyweight squat is still a fantastic way to train your legs and hips
0:49
From here, head down to the ground for a push-up of choice. I like this push-up to alternating toe tap because of the added shoulder stability and the hip stretch as you move backwards
0:59
After push-ups, come back to your feet for an alternating lateral lunge
1:04
Stepping out to the side can help stretch your inner thigh, and the landing leg has to work a little bit harder at the hip to control what you're doing
1:13
You can do this workout as a 30-on-30-off interval, a 40-on-20-off interval, or for 10 reps on the minute every minute
1:21
for as long as you want to do it. For more health and hotness information
