Hello everyone, I'm Ms. Claus with a Z and welcome to my baking show called Ms. Claus's Corner

It got started because during COVID, we all needed a hobby. And I found out I was really good at baking

I shared it with all the elves and now I'm sharing it with you from the North Pole

You don't need to worry. Santa Claus is not quarantined because he's an essential worker

So today, we're going to share our third recipe with you. We have peanut butter chocolate chip cookie bark

Isn't that fun? Oh, I can't wait to show you. So we're gonna move right ahead and we're gonna talk about the ingredients that we have

The first ingredient that you need are chocolate chip cookies. And then we're gonna have some actual milk chocolate

Yum, Mr. Claus loves that. And then we've got peanut butter. Of course you can use any kind unless Skippy would like to be a sponsor

Then only use Skippy. Great. we were supposed to have cookie chocolate chunks

and there was not any. We had these little chocolate chips, which are okay, but since it's called cookie bark

I, on my walk with the reindeers, got actual bark. So that's gonna be really tasty

All right so Katherine Elf is gonna follow me on over She behind the camera there She gonna follow me on over to the stove and we gonna do the work here

So we got our milk chocolate that we're gonna break up. Oh just like that and you

know what? I'm gonna do it the not old-fashioned way. I'm gonna do it the

modern way and just gonna put it all in the microwave. And then we're punching in the thyme

So as you take it out of the oven, be sure to wear your mitts because it's hot, hot, hot

Oh my goodness, it got a little crusty. All right, there you go

It's already looking a little barky. All right, now start swirling it around here

Okay, so I'm dumping it in. There you go. Yeah, it's looking really barky

Then we take our peanut butter and we just soften it up a little bit

We're going to put it in the microwave as well. Then put the softened peanut butter on top of the chocolate

Now you crush up your cookies and put them in there. Oh, yeah

Some of the semi-sweet chocolates. So we're going to sprinkle those in

But you know, those don't look like bark because it's called bark, right

So I got the real bark and I'm just going to sprinkle those on top as well because who doesn't need more fiber

Since our next step is to freeze it for two hours and I got some of this left over from a previous recipe

It's some beautiful whipped cream. We're just going to spread this on top as well to make it white bark. Ooh
