who was your spirit Harry Potter? I liked Lupin. I thought Lupin was awesome. I still love Lupin

I want to grow up to be Mrs. Weasley. That type of fierce defense of her family

She is. I love it. And I want to be that one day

How much do you know about cooking and baking? I know a thing or two about cooking or baking

I know nothing. No, perfect father-daughter pair. Go team! Team overalls

Today we are making tricky truffles. They would totally be sold on the tree

Absolutely. I love tricky truffles already. You can sell them at your joke shop

I do. Overall. We are getting started with two-thirds cups of heavy cream

I'm so nervous. Into your pot and you're going to heat it over low heat

I did it. Nailed it. Like we're in potions class. But it's going to go much better than it ever went for

You can't get a migraine for a week. Oh, nice. It is time for my favorite part of the show

so at this point we've actually taken it off the direct heat. Now I need you to strain out your zest

Now we've infused the flavors in there. Harry Potter and the infused chocolate

You see a white horse and you're driving along the road. You can wish on a white horse

Here's what you do. Take two fingers. You see the white horse, you lick him, and you go

I'm not kidding. This is what my mother does. Lick, stick, bop. Wow

I'm doing this forever now. Forever. I would do an albino snake. Oh

You know? I like that. Because I feel like they're powerful, they're fierce. So now it's time to add the best ingredient of all time

Overall. An entire 12-ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate. Oh! Who is scared of pouring chocolate

I don't know. I just don't want to mess up. When there's three cameras, everybody. You guys are unlike any other show on Broadway

because you're doing two different shows, back-to-back. And when you have a two-show day, it's not like you're doing two of the same shows

And when you're not doing two-show days, you do one show and then the next day you do another show

It is, in a very real way, it's like you're doing four shows a week

What is that like? Actually, I think it's easier than doing the same show twice

Because you're never like, oh wait, did I do that already? Once you get going with it, you want to finish it

You can feel that with the audience too, you get to the end of part one and it's buzzing

That's beautiful Nothing wrong with that I would now like you to squeeze the whole half of the orange Equals about half a cup Cool I went to the gym for this Go for it OK

Maybe I would want the broom. So I wouldn't have to take NJ Transit. Hey

But I'll now pour your perfect orange chocolate into a bowl. Oh my god

Now you're going to take your perfect chocolate ganache and you are going to actually freeze it for like 30 minutes to an hour depending on your time

Wow. And also, I know she's got a kid and I've never seen that kid and I want to see what that kid looks like

Now it's time for the best ingredient, sugar in the raw. Sugar in the raw

Sugar in the raw. Half a cup of turbinado sugar in the raw because we want the nice big crystals

I need both of you to do a little squeeze of orange overtop

Perfect. Really, the only word to describe your show is truly magical

Can we talk about creating the theatrical magic that you making on stage It leaves me speechless honestly It doesn exist without the audience The magic and the tricks it takes a lot of preparation and a lot of practice to get that stuff tight and we have incredible people who help with that

But if you don't have the audience out there to share it with, that's the best part. It's telling the story and having the people receive it

And it's new every night in that way, because there's a new group of people. It's as if we're sharing it for the first time each time we do it

That alone is like, I already feel like I'm changing something in someone's life already

I just realized how brilliant is this. These are like little golden snitches. Come on now
