And, yeah, I'd just sit in a corner and drink my Coca-Cola and then get up and sing

And what was your little kid go-to karaoke song? It was Crazy by Patsy Cline

Okay, I love baking, I bake all the time back home. It's like my way of relaxing actually

So, when you invited me here I was like, dreams. Thrilled to be here

Today we are making Hard Rock Cinnamon Candy. Oh my god, I love cinnamon so much. I'm thrilled

Oh my god, I've been wanting to make stuff like this and I haven't so I'm learning new things

Let's get started. Let's do it. Alright. The best way to start with our favorite ingredient, sugar in the raw

Sugar in the raw. And we need 3 and 3 fourths cups of sugar in the raw All of it Ding In Bad Out of Hell they rebellious teas Mm-hmm

What's the most rebellious thing you've done? Oh my gosh. I think probably getting my first tattoo

and I was super scared to tell my mom. I still get scared telling my mom that I'm getting tattoos

I'm probably sure I've done worse things, but probably couldn't say them on camera

Next ingredient. I need you to add one cup of water to your sugar. Ooh

Next, one and a fourth cup of light corn syrup. Okay, that makes me happy

All of it going in. And tell me what else makes you happy while you have it. Singing, puppies, the beach, baking

Yum yum, that's my favorite time of the show because it's time to mix these ingredients together

And it's time to, in your sexy, low, sultry voice. I don't know where this is going

I don't know what's gonna come out. It's time to mix belts

Tell you, love it. Okay, mix it together. Satisfying, isn't it? In the show, Strat is frozen along with the other teens

at the age of 18. If you could choose an age to be frozen

what age would you freeze? I'm gonna say 21, because when I turned 21

I did a lot of things for the first time that year. We're not gonna go into what, but it's just, you know

just did a lot of things for the first time at age 21

Now I need you to put your pot on the stove on high

You want it to really, really bubble. We're gonna even test the temperature

and it needs to get over 300. Whoa! Wow! Whoa! Yay, yay, yay, yay! Yay

Hot stuff cooking up all day. We got some hot stuff cooking this candy

What's more spicy and hot like Bad Out of Hell than the color red

So we need one teaspoon of red food coloring. Beautiful. Obviously Bad Out of Hell is based on the epic meatloaf album

album If you were a rocker and you had to base your rocker name off of food what would it be called That a really hard question Okay what would you always be Just give me some inspiration Pound cake

Boom! Boom! Boom! I'm obsessed with these things called sausage rolls back home

Sausage rolls. Sex and drums and sausage rolls. Sausage roll and pound cake

Coming to a city near you. We're gonna bring the heat. One tablespoon of cinnamon extract. Okay. Ooh. Ooh

Isn't it? While you stir this together, far away from the pot

your show has, to say the least, a heck of a cult following. Yeah

What's that been like? Our fans are just the best, really, and they're so incredibly supportive

and they don't just support the leads, They support every single person in the ensemble

They're incredible. I have two, three people that actually have tattoos of me. Yeah

Made it! What? Made it. That's amazing. Yeah. And then what keeps the show going

We're very grateful for that. Like a bad at hell, I'll be gone in the morning first

And when the night is over, like a bad at hell, I'll be gone, gone, gone

So now you need a pan and cover it with aluminum foil

and then I want you to take this butter and really get it in there. As we know, this show takes place in a post-apocalyptic world

If you were in a post-apocalyptic world, what would you do to survive

I'd love to like find stuff to make clothes out of, you know, like throw some really cool outfits together

That'd be really fun. And then I'd probably like sell those outfits

What would be the hardest thing to live without? Indian food. And sausage rolls, obviously

Now I need you to pour your incredible cinnamon candy. Whoa. I've never made hard candy before

I haven't. Ah! My first time. This is so cool, it's like you're 21 again

You are going to set this aside for 45 minutes to an hour

until it is hard as a rock. And while we do that we are gonna get to know you super duper fast in a game I like to call Chris Fire Questions Ready Yeah Set Go First car

Don't drive. Current TV obsession. Gosh. Santa Clara Diet. Who did you last call

My mom. Favorite milkshake? Chocolate. Up or down? Down. One thing you can never live without

My nails. New skill. If you could learn a new skill. Saxophone

Drink of choice. Have wine. 10 minutes late or 20 minutes early? 20 minutes early

Favorite animal? Lion. Favorite pie? Steak and ale. Inside or outside? Outside

Yes! That was a lie. That was amazing. End of act one

Things I crashed and smashed to pieces. Yeah. I think it's about that time that you get to smash something to pieces

I get to smash this up. Yes, you do. Ah! Whoa. Ah

That looks great. Piece of art. And now we're gonna make it even prettier

And we're gonna do a little powdered sugar. These are amazing, they're so post apocalyptic

I just wanna eat them all now. So do I! Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, that's good. Mm-hmm. So easy to make candy
